This class is designed to give students the opportunity to use their skills in a full theatre production. The Class meets Tuesdays from 7pm - 10pm 8 Rehearsals + 2 technical rehearsals + 3 Performances = 40 Hours Cost $330 Students will receive a sample of their work Interested students must submit their names for consideration Welcome to live performance. You are cast in a play, rehearsed for 8 weeks by a professional director, then you and your cast mates give three performances for an audience . The best training in the world for an actor.

Prerequisite: There are no prerequisites for this class A favourite of students and teachers alike, this class is suitable for first timers, and for professionals looking to tune up their craft. The session begins with a look at basic human behaviour and within minutes, students are up on their feet, creating new characters. The class includes text and scene work, character creation, instant theatre and discussions about the "business" side of Acting. It's an incredible resource for actors, writers directors, dancers, animators, film makers, editors and a lot of fun.

Given a scene from a play or a film, how does the actor craft it into a performance? Or prepare it for an audition? Scene Camera is an intensive session with accomplished stage & screen professionals. Class time is divided equally between scene study, and performance for the camera. Areas of focus include: wide, medium & close up shots, two-shots & singles, foreground / background physicality, and movement for the camera.

The Amazing 48 Hour Film Festival
Starts: Friday September 27th 2019 Ends: Sunday September 29th 2019 2nd Screening: Saturday October 5th 2019 Friday. 6pm. You arrive at our studio and put your name in the hat. Teams are picked from the hat at 630pm sharp. Then you sit down with your team and jam out ideas for a film. On Saturday; teams shoot their films and on Sunday they edit.
Sunday 630pm you return to the studio, dressed in your Oscar gown, for food, drink, Film screenings and film awards. Not only is the weekend amazing but it's crazy fun.
The following Saturday we screen the films for the public so you can invite your friends and family to see your film debut.
We supply team leaders with the knowledge and equipment to shoot and edit. You supply the acting.
Tuition $140+tax. (Includes a light meal on Friday night and a full meal on Sunday night). .
Tuition $100+tax for any student enrolled in classes at the time of the Film Fest. or paid in full for a class following the fest.
There are no prerequisites for this event.
Actors will receive a copy of their film.
